The condo has a great view of Carolina Lake from the master bedroom, nice community pool, designated covered parking, and few min. walk to downtown/boardwalk. Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on a lake. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.
