We're new to Vacation Rental By Owner, but we're not new to the vacation rental market. Prior to listing on Vacation Rental By Owner, we have exclusively rented our property through social media & word-of-mouth. Almost all of our current guests are repeat customers, which is a strong testament to their high level of satisfaction with our home.   • The earlier you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To find the best value, try changing your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warm weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group.
