We're new to Vacation Rental By Owner, but we're not new to the vacation rental market. Prior to listing on Vacation Rental By Owner, we have exclusively rented our property through social media & word-of-mouth. Almost all of our current guests are repeat customers, which is a strong testament to their high level of satisfaction with our home. Appreciate the coastal breeze and impressive, direct ocean vistas from our 2022 constructed 5BR / 6BA *all suites* home. Our gorgeous home was professionally decorated and is entirely supplied with everything you need for a memorable, calming vacation.

*Custom designed to fit your entire event in one space ~ 3rd Floor open concept area overlooks the ocean and includes: breakfast bar with six stools, sizable 12-person dining table, a 70 inch Intelligent TV, and seating for the whole family on our upsized U-shaped couch.

*Generous game room with Queen Sleeper Couch and Wet Bar ~ Includes 65 inch Intelligent TV, Golden Tee and Ms. Pac-Man Classic Arcade Cabinets, wall-mounted Connect Four & Tic-Tac-Toe games, Air Hockey Table, a “Vacation Library”, and loads of card and board game options.

• Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to inspire new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
