This floor plan offers great space for the whole family. The downstairs has the living room, kitchen and enormous screened in porch. The master King bedroom is also downstairs with its own bathroom with a walk in shower and two huge vanities. Upstairs has a king master with an on-suite bathroom then another 2 queen bedrooms with a shared bath and through the breezeway is a ideal kids living room/playroom along with two more bedrooms, one with two twin bunk beds and another with two twins with a shared bathroom. Sticking to your spending budget:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in the Southport area. To find the best value, try changing your family's Southport vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
