The Space

One of the most re-visited complexes in Ocean Isle Beach, Starboard by the Sea features three outdoor pools (one oceanfront), three tennis courts, tidal canoe docks, and grilling areas. Private beach access makes hitting the sand a breeze!

- No Elevator Access
- No Family Animals, you will be charged $500 per pet if you bring a pet
- We provide a start of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- Do not lean or hang on railings
- No Smoking whatsoever
- No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per hour.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not supplied

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Ocean Isle Beach and Sage Island. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Motor boating, surfing/body boarding and fishing adventures can be found near the property.
