Bring your boat, bring your flop flops and your fur infant family members to our handsomely modernized canal home. Only a short 5 min. walk to toes in the sand. Out backdoor to fenced yard and boat dock. At our home you have a choice, a day at the beach or a day on the water in your boat either way it makes for a great family vacation.
Our home is an open floor plan with dining area, huge living room and a well appointed kitchen with bar sitting. Off the living area is a enormous deck with chairs and a table. Stairs lead off the deck to the fenced in backyard. We offer 3 bedrooms all on one level and can sleep 7. There is a king master suite with bathroom, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with a daybed and a sleeper couch that share a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included and beds will be made upon your arrival.
Under the home is another sitting area, a gas grille and outdoor shower. The dock is great for your boat, for fishing in the canal or just sunbathing.

About the Area

Holden Beach is home to this cottage. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting.

Finding your best deal:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. To find the best rental within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.
