Featuring a freshly refreshed kitchen along with bathrooms, including a waterfall granite shower in the master bath along with an additional wide floating 2 sink vanity. Enchanting outdoor spaces, including a grille area and a complete outdoor dining area with an attached calming space on the upper deck. Other amenities include; public water access, 4 Tommy Bahama lounge beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, 2 beach cruiser bicycles & use of the upsized, enclosed outdoor shower.
