Here, your mornings will be graced by impressive sunrises and your evenings will wind down with beautiful sunsets, all right from your own beach access! Our striking 3-bedroom home also features a enchanting loft, fitted with a bunk bed ideal for the kids. We've got two rooms with plush king beds and another with a snug queen bed. And the loft? It's like a magical little world of its own for the younger guests. Now, imagine stepping onto the broad deck, where the invigorating ocean breeze accompanies your morning cup of Joe or your rejuvenating afternoon drink. • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your group have a fantastic stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
