This elegantly decorated three bedroom (SLEEPS 10 with couch bed) is located in charming Killegray/Flora Bluff area with gorgeous vistas of the ocean and majestic sunsets.

You will fall in appreciate the moment you enter by the grandiose open floor plan surrounded by windows with the sunlight streaming in. The kitchen and breakfast bar, with full amenities, will set the scene for the prepare in your family to serve up memorable meals. The dining room seats 8 and is ideal for huge family enjoyment. Entertaining is simple with the open living room concept accepting everybody to be a part of the fun. All this leads to the enormous private screened front porch to take in the sun and serenity of this ideal island location.

The second floor features a opulent master bedroom with king bed and newer tiled bathroom.. The open, second-floor porch off the master bedroom offers broad oceanfront vistas usually found in multimillion dollar homes—and there’s ample room for reading, calming, beverage hours or just gazing at the rolling surf. This just may become your secret getaway for early morning coffee and sunset toasts to the day adored.

The second bedroom on this level features one bunk with two twins and another twin with a trundle and another private bath.

You will find everybody bargaining to stay in the bungalow room, attached by a covered porch, from the main home which exudes tons and tons of appeal. This phenomenal getaway/separate gem provides plenty of privacy, ideal for extended families and guests. or to make your teenagers feel very special. It offers a King bed and a full bath and its own private porch with amazing vistas. It will become a favorite space to get away for some peaceful time.

Families, and friends will find a great spot outside to relax on the private fenced patio for grilling, dining and providing a safe area for kids to play. overlooking the dunes and sea.

When to book & When to go:

  • To find the most suitable rental home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection.   • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect your property!
  • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at departure. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to stimulate new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review.
