Welcome to Sand Star! If you are looking for luxury and location, don't miss Sand Star! Sand Star offers one of the best locations on the island! Walk to the ferry, West Beach or to the BHI Club. Located only seconds from the marina, Sea Star is a handsome three bedroom luxury property. The broad front porch, both covered and open is the ideal place to appreciate sunsets, or just relax in one of the rocking chairs. There is also an outside dining area to savor an alfresco meal.

Step inside the entry, and a sizable open floor plan greets you. A enormous sectional couch and chairs surround a 60" intelligent tv, and gas fireplace. Its a marvelous living area where guests will enjoy watching a movie or calming by the fire. To the left of the living area is an open kitchen with granite tops, and upgraded appliances, and full kitchen which will satisfy any chef. There is a 6 person kitchen table and bar top seating in the kitchen. A giant dining room is filled with light, and the ideal spot for a formal dinner. Also on this level is a huge guest room with a Queen bed, this guest room shares a full bath with the downstairs area. A huge washer and dryer and laundry facility is off the kitchen with an ice maker in this room.

The second level offers 3 rooms. The Master suite offers a King size bed and 50" TV with ample space and sitting area. There is also a balcony off the Master through French doors. The Master bath features twin sink vanities and quartz counter tops with a humongous walk-in glass tiled shower with multiple shower heads.

The 3rd guest suite offers a King bed. Also on the 2nd floor is a full office.

Bald Head Island Club and Golf Access is available, please contact the BHI Club to make reservations and payment. Bikes and Umbrellas are not supplied, we recommend renting from Riverside Adventure or Coastal Urge. Beach Chairs are included. Beach towels are supplied, please launder and replace if used.

• To book the best rental for your budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property managers frequently offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
