Units includes two queen beds, dining space for 2, microwave, mini refrigerator, RoKu TV, Keurig coffee maker, modest sitting couch, all linens (not beach towels) and private bathroom-Note** Not all units look the same!! Guests have access to 2 pools on the property and a calming patio, BBQ grille and outdoor games. The beach and boardwalk are about 2 blocks away-just a short walk! Eateries are within walking distance along with local stores and must see attractions. These rooms are not pet friendly.

Get the best value:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
