Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Sandy Toes Suite 107 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the first floor, which is one level up from the street. There is parking for 2 cars only.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Totally equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Unwind and relax on your balcony with vistas of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your Southport vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a great way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties.
  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect your property!
  • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great feedback to compel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best rental home. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
