Perfectly located next to the private pool area and nature boardwalk, SSP’s a stone’s throw from the ICW and St. James Marina, featuring delicious dockside dining at the Beacon 315 restaurant.

Two guest bedrooms privately tucked away from the main living area feature comfortable queen beds, with en suite bathrooms and access to the front sundeck. Wake up with the sun in the cavernous primary bedroom, then take a hot soak in the deep sunken tub to start off your day. With direct access to the rear deck located amongst the towering pines, sit and listen to the ocean while appreciating morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The bright, open layout of the living room offers a huge leather sectional along with an upsized loveseat. Watch a classic movie on the intelligent TV or immerse yourself in a good read.   • June, July, and August are high season in Southport. To book the most suitable vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
