Upon entering the home from your private garage, you will have elevator access to all three floors. Also on this level, there is a sizable bedroom with a private bath. This room has bunk beds and is equipped with a flat screen TV. It is great for teenagers to get away from the adults and have a private area.

An open concept second floor provides all the space and seating your group needs. The delightfully decorated living room opens onto a huge deck providing striking vistas of the ocean and pool. This plan accepts simple entertaining for sizable groups. The dining area includes a enormous dining room table with seating for 8, while five people can sit at the bar. A completely well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, 4 burner gas cooktop, and stainless steel appliances makes cooking a breeze. It has has a king bed, flat screen TV, and an additional-large walk in closet. Unwind in the private bathroom with the deep jetted tub, double sink and separate tiled shower. Off the master suite, a large private balcony provides beautiful vistas of the pool and ocean. For your convenience, the washer and dryer are located on this level as well.
