"The Marlin House" – this PET FRIENDLY home is located on the canal just a short walk away from the sand and sea! This appealing 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has been refreshed with coastal vibes and comfort in mind. Savor boating, swimming, sunbathing, or fishing from your very own private dock!

This home features natural lighting and coastal decor throughout. The kitchen offers updated appliances accepting the chef in your family to prepare enchanting meals. You will find each room attractively decorated with your comfort in mind! Each bathroom has a shower / tub combo. You will find a shared hall bathroom on the main level of the home with the second bathroom located on the ground level (outdoor access only). In the afternoon sun appreciate time on the dock fishing or taking in the colorful sunset vistas! The close by beach access accepts for painless walks along the shore with your furry friend, or swimming in the warm Atlantic.
