Welcome to THE OASIS Beach House! Ready for the ULTIMATE Vacation!? The Oasis features a full-size saltwater pool, fire pit, tiki bar, grille, and an outdoor TV. This backyard beauty has everything you could want! Located just 7 blocks to the ocean in Carolina Beach, spend days on the sand and evenings under the string lights around the pool, bar, or fire pit. Brand new listing with handsome furnishings. Pool heated during shoulder season on request with fee.

You'll appreciate the updates and furnishings throughout the home! The sizable kitchen has been entirely supplied with all the essentials that you'd need to make a home cooked meal during your stay. There are bar seats available at the island, and plenty of seating around the dining room table for your enormous group. The kitchen and dining areas are open to the living room which has a couple of comfortable couches that center around the fireplace. The primary bedroom suite has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The additional bedrooms each have queen size beds and there's a second full bathroom as well.

The backyard is the best feature of the home! You'll feel like you're at your own private tiki bar where you can lounge by the pool, savor a fire in the firepit, or watch a game on the outdoor TV.

Guests will have access to the entire home, yard, and pool. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the home.

Carolina Beach is home to this vacation home. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast?   • Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
