  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection.   • Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
