The covered porch and open decks offer outstanding vistas. Private boardwalk to the beach. New for 2024, a modernized kitchen with new appliances, 2 fridges, and a whole new look! This six-bedroom, six-bath Hobbs Intelligent Home features a marvelous open floor plan, high-speed WIFI, and expanded HD cable services. This handsome home offers new LVP floors throughout all the bedrooms. Outside, you will find new decking and railings all around the home and at the pool including a freshly expanded additional-enormous pool and sun deck. There is a sizable gas grille.

The home provides a three-floor residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. Please note that the elevator size will not accommodate a wheelchair.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
