The chef in your life will thoroughly savor preparing gourmet meals in the updated kitchen, with new quartz countertops and charming aqua glass backsplashes, and new stainless steel appliances. Savor a dip in the private saltwater pool, with new PVC decking, or lounge in the sun...poolside. You will appreciate the new aluminum floating boat dock and gangway (boat lift is not available for guests use), with fast & convenient boating access to the Intracoastal Waterway. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units
