Villas at Oceanside is located in the serene coastal area between Sunset and Ocean Isle Beaches. These villas are the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure. Within close proximity to four award-winning golf courses, retail stores, eateries, exercise centers and beaches.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Giant Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Grand Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Extensive Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Ocean Isle Beach is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve, while Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights. Sticking to your budget:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best value, shift your family's Southport vacation week to the Spring or Fall months.
