Unwind in a comfortable beach cabin named 'Everything's Just Beachy' located in the heart of Oak Island on a shaded lot. This home is an simple one block direct walk to the beach and is extremely convenient and within walking distance to grocery store, stores, ice cream, putt putt, arcade, bars, clubs, eateries and much more. Chill out under the Water Oaks and relax in a porch swing on our cavernous screened in porch that is ideal for taking in the beach air when the day is done in the sun. Kids room has full chalkboard wall for creating and drawing photos. Cheerful décor and wood floor. 3BR/ 2Ba - Br1 Queen; Br2 Queen; Br3 Twin Bunk beds; sleeper couch sleeps additional guests.

When to visit Oak Island & When to book:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
