Upper level condo. The condo has 2 bedrooms. There is an additional loft that that can be used as a bedroom and can sleep up 2 or can be used as a TV room or game area. There is a master bedroom with private bath and a guest bedroom with full bath in hall. Queen beds in the master and guest room. 2 twin beds in the loft. Kitchen outfitted for cooking like home. 2 decks both with tables and chairs. Flat screen TV's in living room and loft. The dining table sits 6 but there is also seating for 4 at the kitchen eat in bar. 4 person golf cart for use. Adult and kids's bicycles, beach chairs, beach toys, and body boards in garage for your use.
We bought this condo in May 2013. We have replaced and refreshed nearly everything inside including linens, beds, towels, all kitchenware, multiple pieces of furnishings and lamps, sliding doors and 1-4 pass golf cart.

About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • To book the best vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Southport attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
