"Indigo Pelican" is a one of a kind on Bald Head Island! Savor the spectacular ocean vistas, breath taking sunsets and watch the ships pass by right from your front porch! This beauty consists of 5 roomy bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Downstairs is the main living area, dining area, kitchen, breakfast area, wet bar, laundry room (with double washers / dryers and another refrigerator!), half bath and two bedrooms. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms, which include their own private bath.

Bedroom #1- Master king suite with shower and a jetted tub. There is also access to the downstairs porch from the bedroom.

Bedroom #2- 2 Queens with a tub / shower combo. Access to a the screen porch from the bedroom.

Upstairs:

Bedroom #3- Master king suite with shower and garden tub. Ocean vistas from the bedroom.

Bedroom #4- 2 Queens with a tub / shower combo. Ocean vistas from the bedroom.

Bedroom #5- 2 Queens with a tub / shower combo. Ocean vistas from the bedroom.

Listen to the waves crash while appreciating a glass of wine, cup of coffee or a family dinner on the cavernous porches. We have a huge wrap around porch, screen porch and all the sitting needed!

All bedrooms and the living room include tv's with cable. There are 3- 4 passenger golf carts, beach gear and access to the BHI Club and the Shoals Club. Memberships to the clubs are an additional fee.

How to get the best rental home value:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Bald Head Island. To book the best rental home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance.
