This condo location is convenient for both golf and beach enthusiasts looking for a calming vacation in a resort setting. The Sea Trail Golf Club offers three distinctly different signature courses, designed by Rees Jones, Dan Maples and Willard Byrd. Sunset Beach is an island beach with fine white sand and a wildlife sanctuary. Savor the peaceful family ambiance of Kings Trail Drive or take a short bicycle ride over the bridge onto the beach. If you’d rather drive, there is complimentary and paid parking available. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), our roomy, completely furnished condo is 1300 square feet, with a kitchen, living room, screened porch, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Recently modernized, this condo has new laminate floor, new windows, new HVAC units, new hot water heater, new linens, and other soft goods. The Master bedroom features a intelligent T.V., king size bed with a new Sealy Posturepedic bed, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom (a lock out unit) has a private entrance, two full size beds, a twin daybed with a rollout trundle bed, work/desk area, full bath, modest dining table and chairs, wall mounted intelligent TV, and a kitchenette with a modest sink, microwave, and refrigerator. For your convenience, both bathrooms have hairdryers, as well as toiletries. The living room has a new sectional couch, and a 55” wall mounted TV. The main kitchen is entirely equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove-top range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, waffle maker, sandwich griddle, hand mixer and blender. It is outfitted with plenty of silverware, dishes, pots, pans, cookie sheets, stock pot, and more. The kitchen table seats six people comfortably. For a more casual dining experience, there is a breakfast bar with four counter height bar stools. Or just relax on the screened in porch, while appreciating a cup of coffee from our supplied coffee bar. The laundry area consists of a washer/dryer combo, iron, ironing board, and supplies. Because vacation shouldn’t have to be so much work, we hope to make your experience as effortless as possible. We supply linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Make use of beach chairs, beach umbrella, ice cooler, beach cart, and a folding portable highchair that can attach to the table. You’ll also find a week’s supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap & softener, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, and paper towels. All cleaning costs go directly to our crew.If you feel like venturing outside our little getaway, it’s just a five-min. drive to Calabash, ten mins. to Ocean Isle, and twenty- mins. to N. There are fireworks during the summer every Thursday nighttime and local fairs around the lake each Saturday morning. Carolina Beach and the surrounding neighborhood offers an array of sights and activities to appreciate while here. Some of these examples are (but not limited to) a subtle beach hike through Carolina Beach State Park, Finishing on the Kure Beach Pier, Kayaking to one of the many islands surrounding the Intracoastal Waterway, watching canons blast during a historical reenactment at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, or petting some Sting Rays at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher. Taxi’s (local golf cart taxi’s) and Uber’s are also generally available for an assist when needed as well throughout the island! After all, you won’t catch many locals going OTB! (Over The Bridge). However, be conscious that few homes have external outlets WITHOUT GFCI’S (which are code by today’s standards). Charging a cart on a GFCI will immediately trip the breaker, resulting in the inability to charge a cart amongst other repercussions. Gas carts will generally be the ideal rental option if in a home whose parking supports such.•ALL suites are non-smoking (including vaping) and a heavy cleaning/repair charge can result if not adhered to. This includes porches, decks, balconies, and walkways.•There is a $100 non-returnable pet fee for one approved pup and a $50 pup fee for a second. There is a two-dog max. unless an exception is granted. Cats are not allowed on premises. If inquiring about a different pet request, please ask! Family Animals are NEVER allowed on ANY furnishings items.•April 1st through September 30th, dogs are allowed on the Carolina Beach during restricted hours of BEFORE 9:00 am and AFTER 5:00 pm. On the extreme North End of Carolina Beach, dogs are allowed on leash 24/7 on leash. In Kure Beach, dogs are NOT allowed at any juncture. Fort Fisher accepts dogs on leash on the beach 24/7.

The walls are 12ft tall, providing such a roomy feel. The original floors give this place rather the appeal, and the modern amenities will make you feel right at home. I LOVE the balcony overlooking Front Street. Talk about just sitting back, calming, people watching, and being able to appreciate the bustle from above. Guest accessEntire Place. Quiet hours 10p-8a. No events. Family Animals welcome! (I charge a flat fee of $100 just mark that you are bringing your pup and Vacation Rental By Owner will automatically add the fee). No parking spaces for my loft. I park in the lot behind the building ($13/day) and sometimes find street parking right in front . There are multiple decks around and I just unload in the front (if space accepts) and then I move my car. Street parking is complimentary from 6:30pm-9:00am Monday through Saturday and complimentary on Sunday. There is a walk up! One flight of stairs, no elevator.Sleeps 6 means: Two beds (one queen, one king) and one queen air bed. As my spot is so cavernous it comfortably sleeps 6. There is a couch as well which you could always do one on the couch and one on the air bed, I guess it would depend on who draws the short straw in your event or who isn't paying haha. Please disclose all overnight guests so we can set up accordingly. I have a similar unit (more modern in style) exactly adjacent to this unit, within same walk up.
