Our home is ideal for a enormous group or two families. 4 updated en-suite full bathrooms are equipped with linens, hair dryers and shower/bathtub in the double bunk room. All bedrooms (minus the bunk room) have sliding glass doors with access to sizable porches. The reverse floor plan offers 3 bedrooms with full baths and a huge laundry room on the first floor; and the master bedroom with full bath and sunroom with full bath on the 2nd floor along with the kitchen, dining area, wet bar and sizable living room. The sunroom is a separate room with doors that is ideal for kids or teens to use as a private TV or game room, or guests to use as a peaceful office space. The living room opens up through double doors to a screened porch with dining table for 8, a huge sectional & loveseat for dining, calming and enjoying the broad ocean vistas. The same porch has a brand new swinging bed with a view. The entire upstairs living area enjoys handsome sunsets over South Beach.
