Happy Ours, a elegant, well maintained, privately owned, mid island, 8th row home which is located on the West end of the Island. Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 3 TVs (will need Hulu/Netflix subscription to watch), 2 DVD player, stereo/cd player, 3 IPOD Docking Stations, 5-G WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screen porch, roof deck, sun dock & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. ***NIGHTLY RENTALS MUST PAY FOR DEPARTURE CLEAN*** HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

Sunset Beach is home to this vacation home. Cherry Grove Pier and Rees Jones Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
