Layout: The main level features an eat in kitchen off of the roomy dining room with a table for up to 8 guests and a high chair for little ones as well as a dining area in the kitchen that seats 7. The open-concept living area is ideal for spending quality time together. Unwind by the electric fireplace in the comfortable living room with ample seating, and appreciate movie nights on the enormous flat-screen TV. The entirely equipped eat-in kitchen is ready for hosting groups/families, and the dining area provides seating for the whole family as well as additional seating at the breakfast nook. The freshly refreshed kitchen is completely outfitted with coffee, spices, a blender, and cookware! Kids can enjoy their own kids corner complete with toys, games, and a kids table for meals or crafting! There is a HE washer/dryer available for guest use as well as the access to the broad back deck with gas grille and dining.

Upstairs: Primary Bedroom (Bedroom 1): Unwind in the opulent primary bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. This spacious and coastal getaway, provides a cozy sanctuary for relaxation. Sip your morning coffee from the second floor deck!
Guest Bedroom (Bedroom 2): The second bedroom offers a cozy getaway with a queen-sized bed, ideal for a good nighttime's sleep after a day of beach adventures. Thoughtfully decorated, this room provides a peaceful ambiance with access to the second floor deck.
Bunk Room (Bedroom 3): Ideal for families or a group of friends, this room is equipped with a twin over queen bunk bed and an additional twin bed. The playful and comfortable design makes it a ideal space for kids and adults alike.

The Suite: On the ground level of the home, there is a private one bedroom suite with a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom features a King size bed, sound machine, dresser for storage, and closet with exercise equipment and additional pillows and blankets. The living room features a pull out couch (sheets are not supplied for the pull out couch) and Intelligent TV. A full kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, coffee pods, spices, and kitchen essentials. **The suite can rented separately from October-May.

Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to discover your private outdoor getaway. Our backyard is a haven for relaxation, featuring a enchanting above ground, stock tank pool and hot tub — ideal for unwinding after a day of sun and surf. Complete with a freshly added outdoor bar area! The spacious deck is furnished with a huge dining table for 8 plus additional shaded kids table! Let the kids and family pets roam freely in the fenced yard, giving everybody the freedom to play and discover.The fenced turf yard space features a private pool, hot tub, shaded lounge seating, a gas grille, and even a water table for the kids!

Location: We are located on Carolina Beach, just after you cross the Snows Cut bridge. Appreciate the best of both worlds - the tranquility of a residential neighborhood and the excitement of the beach community (one mile from the boardwalk and beach access).

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. To book the most suitable rental within budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Southport restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.

  • At departure, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
