It is located in the Lighthouse Landing Community, which is walking distance to the neighborhood dock leading to the Bald Head Island creek. Appreciate your morning coffee on the back deck or discover the spectacular vistas of the Bald Head Island creek kayaking or paddle boarding. The Old Baldy lighthouse is a short walk away or walk the 13 miles of beaches, which are just a short cart ride away!
The main living area of the home consists of the living room, dining area and well supplied kitchen. On the next level you have a half bath and an broad master king suite. Upstairs you have two more bedrooms ( a queen bed with a twin daybed/trundle in the first room and king in the third bedroom) and two bathrooms
