The home is peacefully located on the third row, with partial ocean vistas from the living room, sunroom and back deck. Appreciate this and the ocean breeze and striking starry skies from the more peaceful third row that avoids the ocean boulevard traffic and faces a private neighborhood’s grassy knoll providing an broad view and occasional sailboat sightings in the intercoastal. You can be on the sand in less than five mins. thanks to very close beach access.
