Unwind with the whole family at this peaceful heaven just a few blocks from the beach. The home is centrally located on the island, you can be in both downtown Carolina Beach or Kure Beach in under a five mins., comfortably walkable to the beach, area eateries and the Carolina Beach Greenway. The home is well appointed to assure that you have all the beach & home essentials needed to make this the ideal hideaway! This is a brand new home, you have access to the entire 1813 square foot home (the left side of the unit) as well as the carport area (which can fit up to 3 cars), the outside grille and chill area, as well as the backyard and locked guest storage closet for beach gear or bicycles. You will have the following items to help you feel at home:

1 beach wagon (all beach items are located in the guest storage closet in the carport area).

Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, is home to this vacation home. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

• On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your family have a wonderful time? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
