Planning a vacation shouldn't be a hassle. You have a lot on your plate already so we want to make it as
painless as possible for you.

How about a Villa on Bald Head Island just a hop and skip to the beach?

We are also only right across the foot-bridge to the Bald Head Island Clubhouse & Pool as well having
three decks to kick back and soak in the striking vistas of the 18 th Hole, Club House or top deck view of
Ocean.

We furnished this Villa so all you have to do is pack your bags and hop in the car.

There is something really magical about the ocean and music. We hope Villa #34 delivers a anxiety-complimentary
experience so you can focus on what's really important: connecting with friends and family.

About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this villa is on a river. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Bald Head Island Information Center. Tips to get the optimal Southport vacation property experience:

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. Reserve your rental home in the Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on great reviews to stimulate future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review.
