Located on the marsh, the relaxing and natural vistas are really impressive from the sizable windows throughout the home and the many decks. You even have a partial ocean view! Inside there are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. On the first level, there are 3 bedrooms with plenty of space to relax and relax. One of the queen rooms has an en-suite bathroom and shares this tub/shower with the other Queen room. There is a convenient half bathroom in the hallway as well. Upstairs, you will find a enormous common area with multiple sitting areas, dining and the kitchen. Plus, another half bathroom!

The public beach access is a fast walk West of the home located at 800 OBW.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.
