Family Pets must be of select breeds, non-shedding, 2+ years old, up-to-date on all shots, treatments and crate trained. Due to allergies cats cannot be accepted. We do not accept aggressive breeds.

This roomy one bedroom, one bath, second floor vacation rental includes a king bed and 1100 square feet of living space. It is a mile from Sunset Beach and between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. The villa overlooks the breathtaking Maples course--one of three signature golf courses at Sea Trail Resort.

Unwind in comfort in the sizable living room with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The screened porch is accessible from the living room and bedroom. Sprawl out on the king size bed and appreciate not only the view but your favorite TV shows also.

The unit is entirely equipped with dishes, pots, pans and complimentary spices. Take advantage of the huge laundry room with washer and dryer to avoid packing tons of clothing! The newly refreshed bathroom offers space galore. Appreciate the cavernous dining area or snack at the bar – stools supplied.

About the Area

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book & When to go:

• In the Southport area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. • Walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
