This roomy one bedroom, one bath, second floor vacation rental includes a king bed and 1100 square feet of living space. It is a mile from Sunset Beach and between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. The villa overlooks the spectacular Maples course--one of three signature golf courses at Sea Trail Resort.

About the Area

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and by the sea. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the best vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, beaches, and activities.   • Lock your rental home while you're out. Keep your property safe!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
