Three Seas at the Beach is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse constructed in 2021 with bespoke finishes throughout. This property is an simple 4 min. walk to the beach. You will see a pride of ownership throughout this home, which is extremely well maintained and in superb condition. We hope you feel welcome when you stay!

The Space:
Savor the reverse floor plan with the kitchen and living room on the top level! Two private patios allow you to savor the fresh ocean breeze! Close to most everything on the island, and you'll appreciate the proximity to the beach!

All Going Coastal properties include bed linens, bathing towels, and paper products. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for units.

Three Seas is centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, cycling, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many exceptional eateries, eclectic drinking holes and coffee stores + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too! There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

About the Area

Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, is home to this vacation home. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.

Tips to get the optimal Southport vacation rental experience:

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. Reserve your Southport rental in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast?   • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.

Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to work out what bed configuration is best for your vacation group.
  • Is your group looking for unique amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental
  • If your family is vacationing with pets, you will need a pet-friendly property. Get details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Note that some hosts charge pet deposits and fees.

More tips for your stay:

  • We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Make a record of any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many issues.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a terrific source for finding the best local beaches and hangouts.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at departure. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on good feedback to compel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience find their best vacation rental.
