We are located in the historic part of downtown Wilmington NC. You will find many historic buildings and waterfront attractions around us. You are steps from local businesses, other AirBnB's, and residences. The neighborhood around us is historic homes mainly from the 1800's. You'll appreciate wondering around and taking in the history.
Our location is very walkable and you can effortlessly savor the area without a car and an occasional Uber/Lyft ride. We do provide one car parking space 2 blocks away for our guests. During peak times complimentary parking is limited, so expect parking meter or lot costs for additional cars. The city itself has walkable amenities starting from 500 feet from our condo to 2 miles radius.

About the Area

Located in Wilmington, this condo is in the city center. Battleship North Carolina and City Stage Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Children's Museum of Wilmington and Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation.   • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to stimulate more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
