I re-opened our private heated pool in early March and will have it open until November. The beach strand is frequently renourished and is broad and in great shape. The home is very tall and sits behind two rows of dunes and a limited use one-way street. Take a short walk to stairs over our protective dunes to access the uncrowded beach strand. Holden Beach, and especially the "East End" is much less densely developed than many Carolina beaches. Pelican Watch is very tall with great sweeping vistas over the dunes, beach strand and the Atlantic. Three of the 4 bedrooms as well as the living room are oceanfront with plenty of glass. The ELEVATOR goes from the ground / parking level to the top floor, without a stop at the lower living level.
