On the West side of the island, about 1.6 miles from the island center, the 123 Via Soundside has a outstanding location. The sunsets you will see from the back deck are picture ideal. It is short walking distance from the Isles Restaurant. The 123 VS guests have privileges at Isles Beach Club that is a 10 min. walk (but also has parking) from the home and features a sizable ocean front pool (see photos). There is a closer beach access area which is about a 5 min. walk. This home is enormous at over 3700 square feet, broad decking on all three levels overlooking the inlet, and ample parking.The reverse floor plan is open in the kitchen, dining, and living area. There is a huge entirely equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. The kitchen and bar countertops are granite and fresh, as are all bathrooms. Like everything in the home the living area is huge and comfortable for family gatherings and entertainment. The dining table seats has 8 full size chairs, but is very large and can comfortably seat up to 10 with stools close by and the kitchen bar another 5. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less busy island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf stores, eateries, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart units. The backside of the island has peaceful protected water great for kayaking.
