The third floor unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms is located in a ideal location of the island, roughly an 8 block walk to the boardwalk downtown that is sure to provide family fun with eateries, stores, bars & arcade, a 2 block walk to the Ocean Grille & Tiki Bar pier, as well as 3 favorite eateries directly across the road. C20 features a newly refreshed modern decor with all new paint, carpet, SS appliances, and W/D. Living area w/ queen sleeper couch, flat screen intelligent tv/DVR/cable, deck with new polywood furnishings, and kitchen/dining room accepts constant vistas of the ocean.

Master bdrm w/ new queen bed has a flat screen tv/dvd/cable, 2nd bdrm has a new queen & w/ flat screen tv(DVD only). Max occupancy is 6, no family pets allowed, no smoking, and parking for 2 cars only (passes included). Complex has 2 pools & 2 beach accesses. Parking is limited during peak season. Two parking passes will be supplied, but two parking spaces are not guaranteed.
