Welcome to Sunset Hideaway! You've come to the place where you can relax and kick back. Bring your adore of the beach and soft sand, only 1.5 miles to Sunset Beach. Our community has a pool, 3 golf courses, close by eateries, and shopping. A short drive to Calabash, N.M. Beach, Little River & Myrtle Beach a little farther, but worth it. Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and by the sea. Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina.   • Summertime is high season in Sunset Beach. To get the best rental for your budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Southport restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
